NWM have committed to a very aggressive growth strategy. The foundations of the growth are our operating processes and procedures. It was clear to the management team to achieve our growth targets we had test our procedures. Further we operate in a very competitive market where clients are looking for suppliers with a credible QMS system; they are looking for a safe pair of hands. We chose ISO 9001 as it is the bench mark accreditation for a number of our clients and it is recognised internationally. What was interesting during the process was how much our staff bought into the process and how excited they were upon achieving the standard. The standard was achieved on 30 August 2012.

We decided to apply for APSCo affiliate membership after considering other bodies that support the recruitment industry. After completing our review we felt that APSCo provided a powerful yet uniform voice for the professional recruitment industry and therefore would be best placed to support our interests. We were also impressed that affiliate membership was not a given and that we had to go through a robust checking process prior to being accepted. Thankfully we have now been accepted and look forward to being an active affiliate member.
